Autobody Shop Office Support - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones.
Schedule estimate and repair appointments.
Prepare paperwork for repairs.
Assist with accounts payable.
Assist scheduling with and delivery to sublet vendors.
Assist with parts delivery to body tech, returning parts to vendors and making sure parts are received on time.
Assist customers dropping off and picking up vehicles.
Upload pre and post scans into estimates.
Assist with light office cleaning, when needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver license.
Excellent phone and email skills.
Strong organization and follow up skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
Work well individually and in a group.
Light-to-medium lifting, when needed.
General automotive knowledge strongly preferred.
